                Payment Policy & Workflow

We built our ordering process to be simple and secure for both sides of the transaction. To guard against online fraud, keep prices competitive, and ensure a safe transaction environment, US Reloading Powder utilizes a streamlined, direct order verification workflow for all website checkouts.

        How to Complete Your Payment:

  1. Submit Your Order: Select your smokeless powder products, add them to your cart, and complete the online checkout form on usreloadingpowder.com.

  2. Receive Payment Instructions: Upon order submission, your order is placed on temporary hold. Our automated system will send your order confirmation along with specific payment processing instructions directly to your email.

  3. Submit Proof of Payment: Send your payment following the emailed instructions, then reply directly to your order confirmation email with a photo, file, or screenshot of your payment receipt/proof.

  4. Verification Window: Orders remain held for a maximum of 48 hours. Once your proof of payment is received and verified by our team, your order status is updated to processing, and your powder is cleared for immediate HazMat packaging and dispatch. Unverified orders after 48 hours are automatically canceled and returned to public inventory.

                            Refund & Return Policy

            Smokeless Reloading Powder (Regulated Materials)

In strict compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) hazardous materials shipping regulations and safety standards, all sales of smokeless reloading powder are completely final.

Because propellants require controlled storage conditions and strict safety oversight, we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges on smokeless powder once the shipment has left our warehouse facility. This policy guarantees that every pound of powder delivered to our customers is 100% factory-fresh, unadulterated, and safe.

                  Order Cancellations (Prior to Shipment)

If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed and dispatched from our facility, please contact our support team immediately at                   sales@usreloadingpowder.com or call +1 217 291 3215 Once a shipment has been handed over to our HazMat carrier, the sale is final and cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Costs

All original shipping charges, HazMat compliance fees, and signature service fees are strictly non-refundable.
